If you are attending the festival as an entrant please ensure you bring a fresh screening copy of your DVD with you to your screening.


Bluebell Hotel

The Bluebell Hotel, Neath is the official hotel of both the IYFF and ICFF 2010. A SPECIAL RATE has been agreed for those as staying during the festival. For info contact info@thebluebellneath.co.uk

The BlueBell Hotel will also be the venue for the Awards Banquet & Ceremony on Sunday August 8th. Tickets to the Awards Banquet are now available: Email aa@amritsa.com for details. The Awards Banquet commences at 7.30 and the Awards Ceremony starts at 9pm.

If you intend to be present for your screening PLEASE bring a fresh DVD copy which can be used. It would be wise to bring several copies. It is your responsibility to ensure a final screening copy is provided with 24 hours of your screening time. If you are posting a DVD please pay the correct postage or your package will be returned unopened.

Attending filmmakers will be asked to introduce their screening and conduct a post-screening Q & A. Owing to over-runs, timings listed are only a guide. Attending film makers are advised to alert the Screening Director (Jordan Struel – White) upon their arrival the Port Talbot YMCA

2) Friday August 6th – Nominees Party and Mayors Reception

All film makers and friends are welcome to attend the Nominees Party and Mayors Reception on Friday August 6th at the Port Talbot YMCA. This commences at 8 pm and dress is casual / smart. This will be the festival’s main networking event where you may promote your film to other attendees. The evening will also witness the unveiling of a brand new Life Size oil painting of our Patron Sir Anthony Hopkins. If you wish to display any postcards or leaflets (MAXIMUM A5 size) please arrive in person at 6pm and you will be allocated one of the few available table spaces. Do NOT send any unaccompanied promotional materials to the venue.

3) Sunday August 8th - Awards Banquet & Ceremony.

Award Nominees are automatically entitled to ONE pass for the Awards CEREMONY which will commence at 9pm on Sunday August 8th at the BlueBell Hotel Neath. This pass is transferable should the nominee be unable to attend and wishes to send a representative to accept any prize awarded. The winners in each category will be presented with our trophy know as the ‘Tony’. To confirm your attendance email immediately to aa@amritsa.com

This pass is NOT a ticket to the Awards Banquet which precedes the ceremony. Tickets to the Awards Banquet are available now. The Banquet will commence at 7.30pm and attendees are requested to arrive by 7pm for drinks and canapés. The Awards Banquet & Ceremony is a strictly ‘Black-Tie’ event (Black & White) and each tickets is priced at £45 per person (GBP). Tables of 10 are discounted to £40 per person

Filmmakers Marketing Plans

The film makers must have marketing plans to promote their film screening and encourage members of the public to attend their screening. You should also have materials available to display at the networking event scheduled for Friday August 6th at the YMCA Port Talbot
